Saturday on the Cruise

Here's the little surprise I left for Louie this morning. Pretty cool, huh?

It took a few days, but Chip has learned to get up and go in your flipflops, Rob.

We woke up in Cozumel this morning.

We took a taxi to Paradise Beach and spent our time relaxing on lounge chairs, and swimming when we got hot.

It doesn't get much better...

Louie's cute little koala bear!

We ran into Louie in the hallway this afternoon and he started laughing when he saw me. He said his assistant always comes into our room first, and then comes out and calls him, saying, "Louie, come look!" I asked him what has been his favorite so far, and he said the butterfly :) hmm, what will it be tomorrow??

Friday Cruise

I know y'all are wondering what towel sculpture I left for Louie. Here it is....a snake! We have been cruising in the Gulf of Mexico all day. The water is a beautiful dark sapphire.

We sat out by the pool after breakfast this morning. The picture below is as close as you're gonna get to seeing me in my bathing suit!

Chip thinks the cones they provide for the ice cream are too small.

Here is the pig that Louie left for us tonight!

Chip had lobster & shrimp for dinner and I had prime rib :) Afterwards, we enjoyed the musical entertainment in the theatre.

I'm racking my brain trying to think of a surprise to make for Louie in the morning! Cozumel tomorrow! Good night all.

We had a great first day on the cruise. We got on the ship at lunch time...it was hotter than heck on the deck, so we tried to stay in the shade. It cooled off once the sun went down. We spent the afternoon trying to get a picture of your dad with his eyes open. We laughed till we cried.

Between taking pictures of ourselves and Chip trying to walk in Rob's flip flops, we have laughed alot!

There are a few pics out on the deck, where the wind nearly blew our "wigs" off.

At the lifeboat drill, the cruise director said, "Who's here to drink their faces off?" The sweaty crowd went wild :) Guess your dad and I will have to entertain ourselves by taking pics of each other :)

Our steward, Louie, left us a cute towel "lamb". I've decided I'm gonna make him a towel surprise in the morning.

When we went to bed last night, we were still cruising down the Mississippi River. That is one long river!

Your dad said there are gonna be alot of faceless people in the morning :) love you all!
